Resulting from two opposite cultures my collection will tend to explain a feeling of tension.
Deeply inspired by my mother Persian roots I am expressing the feeling of an immigration, a lost memory of a homeland I never saw through the symbolism of the Simorgh, "The Conference of the Birds" by Faris ud-Din Attar, an Iranian myth drawn from the fable of migrating birds. This story based on exile, express a sense of quest and transformation.
Through this myth, I question the feeling of belonging, loss and the reconstruction of identity.
