Lite Consumption turns everyday products such as tea, gum, cigarettes, and supplements into metaphors for the way we consume media today. They promise meaning, engagement, relief, and fulfilment, but ultimately offer very little beyond the act of consumption itself.

The project explores the difference between consuming something and actually digesting it.
