What motivates our instinct to archive, observed in both human behaviour and nature—is it driven by survival instincts, obsessions, necessities, or responses to emergencies and urgencies?

The installation comprises several archiving efforts: conserving material prone to decay using urgent capturing, indexing, and preserving methods; recording one’s process, progress, thoughts, and revelations; and documenting a piece of nature through mechanical means, resulting in a shareable archive.
