This is a list of my confessions I couldn't say

"This is a list of my confessions I couldn't say" is about the urgency to be seen, to be known, and to be heard.

In our day-to-day life, we tend to put on a mask of stability and happiness when going through in our daily life shennanigans and hide away from our vulnerabilities. Rarely do we express the core of our true selves. Our needs tend to be ignored and repressed because we are always so busy hiding under this mask of happiness.

Most of us, myself included, are scared to face the reality of our emotions – especially the negative ones. Emotions can be scary and overwhelming and it is difficult to be vulnerable so we tend to repress, repress, repress.

Truth is, emotions are navigation to our needs as human beings. For instance, anger is a secondary emotion. The primary emotion that is behind anger tends to be fear (such as anxiety or worry) or sadness (such as loss or disappointment).

When we start to understand our emotions, we will also start to understand ourselves better.

I will express everything that is repressed. I will express, express, express everything that boils inside of me.

So, therefore, this is a list, a list of confessions I couldn't say...
