Milu Chen / muli

My name is muli (Milu Chen) and I'm graduating from bachelor ArtScience with the work: 'muziekbeestjes'. This work is an interactive sound installation and sound performance. The work consists out of sculptural instruments and moving elements. The sculptural instruments are originated from existing objects and have intrinsic characters. The visitor steps into a somewhat dark atmosphere where the work invites them to explore, to play and to create new compositions by watching and listening. In addition, I also perform with the kinetic installation to give the audience an insight into the possibilities of the work. The creature-like instruments are making acoustic sounds and colourful objects are moving around.
