Carles Hidalgo

Departing from a sordid hotel room, the main character of the story embarks on a journey in which an exaggerated sense of repetition, a glimpse of hope and an unavoidable decay convey. The project invokes disturbances produced in encounters with others, but also with the unexpected scenarios oneself can end up immersed in. It examines the enigmatic power of intimate forces in circulation by also assessing minor gay sub-cultures. It is conceived as both, a linear written fictional story, and as an array of photographic images.
