Amidul (아미들) is typeface family, that supports latin and hangul. Inspired by fans; fun and quirky display styles that can be used as a stencil but different methods of production, with a text companion, to highlight the liveliness of the display, alternates and variable axis for extra bouncyness. Created by thinking of the different ways fandoms show support at Kpop concerts, it creates a cohesive and wholesome experience; this family is an extension for fans' creative imagination, to go all out with their banners. Created from my own experience as a fan of many things throughout life, this project came from a very personal place, feeling part of a community and celebrating those around you is inspiring, embracing yourself and who you are will always be an act of courage, this typeface is made for those who as me, enjoy loving things.
