Purgatorial Data is inherently set within the contemporary socio-economic context within which the notion of the sin and morals have become a mere dilute. Whereas in the Christian tradition sins were avoided for the sake of the afterlife, today, sins are often committed in service of existence itself. Previously invisible transgressive acts of violence get exposed under the constant gaze of the camera.
