this participative orchestra invites visitors to to explore the acoustic textures of hand-crafter glass instruments. Inspired by the sensation of water being trapped in the ear after a swim in the sea, this work magnifies that fleeting moment. Glass tubes were melted and shaped to reveal the interplay between air and water inside, amplifying a range of hidden frequencies.

these glass instruments are very accessible and react immediately to audience movement. it doesn´t require any knowledge in compositon. only pure curiosity, patience and time to explore how every buble can affect the sound. hydrophones allow detailed amplification of hidden frequencies.
